Land Acknowledgement

Sprout Kitchen acknowledges that the land in which we operate is situated upon the traditional territories of the traditional territory of the Lhtako Dene. Sprout Kitchen will also offer regional services in the traditional territories of Secwepemc, Carrier and Tsilhqot'in Nations.

We would like to acknowledge the many ways Indigenous commitment to the land has deeply informed our responsibilities to the food system and community economic development.

Sprout Kitchen is informed by the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action, and the 150 Acts of Reconciliation, applying these to our work.
